Shipping
How much is shipping?
Pedal Mafia is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all Australian orders over the value of $99, and all international orders over $199. All orders below these thresholds will be subject to carrier rates.
How will my shipment be delivered?
Pedal Mafia enlists the services of Auspost, USPS, DHL and UPS for all United States and Worldwide orders.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Things happen. Please don't hesitate to contact us immediately and one of our friendly staff will assist you in updating the address.
Order and Returns
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be supplied at the time of fulfillment on all orders. Please allow up to 48hrs for the couriers to receive the package.
I haven't received my order
We recommend checking the tracking number supplied with the order. In the case of a lost or stolen package by the courier, Pedal Mafia assumes no responsibility for the goods. If this happens, please contact us and we will help you back on the road as quick as possible
How can I return an item?
Please visit our returns page. Products for return or refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase receipt. Items must be in as-new condition with original tags still attached in their original packaging. We can't accept garments that have been worn or washed, we also don't accept returns on sale or end of line items.

How do I get 15% off my first order?
Save 15% on your first purchase when you sign up for our email newsletter. Applies to new customers only.
Your unique discount code will be sent to you via email and can be applied to your cart during checkout. Valid for one-time-use only on select merchandise. Offer cannot be applied to Archive, Custom apparel, Third Party merchandise, Limited Edition items, pre-orders, the purchase of gift cards, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers or sale prices. Offer applies to merchandise only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, duties, and fees. Offer valid only at time of purchase and cannot be applied to a previous purchase. All refunds will match the discounted amount on the order receipt. Offer terms are subject to change. During promotional periods, the first time buyer code cannot be combined with sale prices.

What payment types can I use?
We accept all Credit & Debit cards, Shop Pay, Paypal, Klarna, Affirm and Quadpay.
Can I pay with a Gift Card?
You sure can! Gift cards are made to be used. If your order equals more than the Gift Card amount don't worry, the gift card will be applied to the order and the remaining balance will be shown.
Has my payment gone through?
You will receive an email or text message confirmation as soon as payment has successfully gone through. *Please note some carriers can block text messages, it's always safest to provide emails with your order.
